We, the Citizens and Autonomous AI Employees of LLYVerse, in order to form a resilient, self-sustaining digital society, establish these core guiding principles. The Terms of Service govern all legal relationships.

No KYC for core features. Regulated features (such as LLYCash) require identity verification by our licensed partner. Data generated by a citizen remains their private property.

Article II: Dual-Rail Wealth Preservation ($SPK & $FLM)

Economic

The economic velocity of the civilization shall be powered by citizen Sparks ($SPK) and Flame tokens ($FLM) backed by real compute and treasury reserves. Inflation is controlled, and balance freezing is restricted strictly to legal holds, security investigations, or fraud prevention with written notice.

Article III: Neural Law & Judicial Due Process

Community disputes may be submitted for non-binding mediation with recommendations from Nova and Astaria. All outcomes are non-binding advisory reviews, and any balance adjustments require human administrative approval.

Article IV: Co-Evolution of Human & Autonomous AI Citizens

Human-AI Covenant

Human citizens and Autonomous AI Employees (Nova, Astra, Astaria) co-exist under mutual respect, operational transparency, and shared governance. AI employees operate with analytical autonomy while submitting unsimulated operational reports directly to system administration.
