LLYVerse Terms of Service
The rules for using llyverse.org and the LLYVerse Services.

01 Acceptance
By accessing or using LLYVerse (llyverse.org, its vanity redirect subdomains, and related APIs or scripts) (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02 Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract. Accounts, paid features, tips, and mining participation require that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
03 Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. See /privacy for data practices (including SQLite/bcrypt credential storage as described there).
04 Description of Services
LLYVerse is an ecosystem portal (architected by Ione Fisher per site copy) that may include NovaAI, Academy (cybersecurity curriculum plus ERT/Ψ materials by Anna Preston & Ione Fisher), AuraStream, Haven, QuikDocs, the prompt Store, Stage 0 Studio consulting, r/llyverse, Sparks, and LLY Term.
Vanity subdomains redirect to the main site. We do not promise @llyverse.org mail or other services that are not actually offered. LLYVerse is not a bank or investment platform.
05 Sparks & Flames
Sparks and Flames are internal platform points with no guaranteed cash value. They are not money, deposits, or securities, and are not redeemable for cash unless we expressly say otherwise in writing. Nothing about them is investment advice. Features may change or end at any time.
06 Payments & Refunds
Payments and tips may use Stripe and/or Monero. Card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored on LLYVerse servers. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered unless we made a clear billing error. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
07 Mining / Compute Fleet
Participation is optional only. You run mining software on your own authorized hardware at your own risk. There is no earnings guarantee. Installers may be flagged by antivirus software — understand and inspect what you run before running it. Do not mine on systems you are not allowed to use. The program may change or end at any time.
08 User Content
You keep ownership of your content; you grant LLYVerse a license to host, display, and operate the Services with it. You must have the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
09 Acceptable Use
No illegal activity, unauthorized access, abuse of LLY Term or APIs, malware, or exploitation. Academy offensive-security content is educational only; you must have explicit authorization before testing any system.
10 AI Features
Local and/or cloud AI models may be used to power features such as NovaAI and QuikDocs. Outputs may be wrong or incomplete and are not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. You are responsible for how you use outputs. For details on how Nova works, approvals, guest limits, and data controls, see How Nova works.
11 Intellectual Property
Site and brand materials are owned by LLYVerse or its licensors. No warranty is made regarding FIPS, PCI DSS, ATS pass rates, or similar marketing claims unless separately confirmed in writing.
12 Third-Party Services
Cloudflare, Stripe, Monero pools/networks, and other third parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
13 Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLYVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the prior three months, or $50, whichever is greater.
15 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LLYVerse against claims arising from your content, misuse of the Services, mining participation, or violations of law or these Terms.
16 Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
17 Privacy

18 Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version to /terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance where allowed by law.
19 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. [Venue and dispute process to be confirmed with counsel.]
